
The International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Business Management (ICAIBM-2026) was successfully conducted on January 16, 2026, in Bhubaneswar. The conference was organized by IRAJ International, co-organized by the Presidency Group of Institutions, Berhampur, and held in collaboration with GlobalNxt University, Malaysia.
ICAIBM-2026 witnessed enthusiastic participation from the global academic and professional community. More than 50 participants attended the conference physically, while over 140 students, researchers, and industry experts joined virtually from more than 15 countries, including Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Greece, and the UAE, reflecting the truly international character of the event.
The conference was inaugurated by the Chief Guest, Prof. (Dr.) Trilochan Nayak, Director, Institute of Management Bhubaneswar, Strategy Consultant & Educator, Certified Clinical Psychologist, Transformation Coach, and Personal Branding Expert, who delivered the Opening Speech, highlighting the transformative role of artificial intelligence in modern business and management practices.

The Special Guest, Prof. Dr. Srinibas Mahapatro, Chairman, Presidency Group of Institutions, Berhampur, Odisha, delivered the Introduction Speech, emphasizing the importance of academic–industry collaboration and international platforms in fostering innovation and research excellence.
The conference featured a distinguished panel of expert speakers and keynote presenters from India and abroad. Dr. Sashikanta Prusty, Assistant Professor in CSE, Siksha O Anusandhan University, spoke on “Shaping the Future of Business Through Artificial Intelligence.”
Dr. Rania Lampou, STEM Instructor & Researcher, Global Academician associated with the Greek Ministry of Education and the Greek Astronomy & Space Company, Greece, delivered a keynote address on “Strategic Management of AI Projects.”
Mr. A. Dash, Managing Editor and Global Strategic and Research Head, IRAJ International shared his thoughts on the topic of “AI and future of education”.
Asst. Prof. Dr. Rana Altounjy, Assistant Professor, GlobalNxt University, Malaysia, presented on “AI-Driven Business Management: Leadership, Ethics, and Sustainable Decision-Making.”
Dr. Pagon Gatchalee, Lecturer, Department of Marketing, Chiang Mai University Business School, Thailand, spoke on “Generative AI Governance in Organization.”
Jain Prabhu Thomas, representing IGCSE Cambridge Business Education, Ministry of Education, Maldives, delivered a session on “Artificial Intelligence with Emotional Intelligence: Redefining the Future of Business Management.”
Dr. J. Somasekar, Professor of CSE and Program Head at JAIN University, presented on “AI-Based Personalization Systems for E-Commerce Management.”
Dr. Anurag Soni, Professor, Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CDOE), addressed the audience on “The Sovereign Shift: From AI-Assisted to Agentic Intelligence.”
Dr. Sindhu Ravindranath, Assistant Professor, IBS Business School, spoke on “From Assistant to Architect: The AI-Driven Future of Healthcare Management.”

Dr. Manish Kumar Babu, from VSSUT , Burla, Odisha delivered an insightful talk on “Renewable Energy Forecasting using Artificial Intelligence.”
The conference concluded with Closing Remarks by Prof. Rajeswar Jena, Dean, Presidency College, Berhampur, Odisha, who summarized the key outcomes of the conference and appreciated the contributions of speakers, participants, and organizers.
