
Madhya Pradesh: IRAJ International successfully hosts 3rd ICRASETM-2026 in Madhya Pradesh On the occasion of National Science Day, a two-day international conference was co-organised at Maa Narmada College, Gramdet, in an atmosphere of great dignity, enthusiasm, and scientific awareness. This year’s theme focused on “women’s empowerment in science for a self-reliant India,” emphasising strong and effective participation of women in science and research.
The event was sponsored by the Madhya Pradesh Council of Science and Technology and organised under the aegis of the college. The program began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp and worship of Goddess Saraswati, creating an atmosphere of knowledge, faith, and enthusiasm.
The chief guest was Dr. Ajay Singh from Mewar University. The program was presided over by Chairperson Dr. Manoj Nahar. Special guests included Director Reena Nahar, Dr. Veena Barde, Principal Dr. Priya Helewi, Dr. Samuel Paul, and Dr. P. Patel.

In his inspiring address, the Chairperson stated that science is not limited to laboratories but plays a crucial role in shaping society, education, and nation-building. Developing scientific thinking, innovation, and research aptitude among students is the primary goal of higher education.
He emphasized that women empowerment is a strong foundation for a self-reliant India and encouraged youth to embrace science. His thoughts inspired students toward innovation and research.
On the occasion of National Science Day, various activities such as rangoli making, essay writing, poster making, debate competitions, and science exhibitions were organized for students. Participants demonstrated creativity, scientific perspective, and innovation, bringing pride to the college.
Winners of the competitions were honored with cash prizes and certificates. On the second day, the international conference was successfully conducted on topics including science, engineering, technology, and management.
As the keynote speaker, Dr. Ajay Singh elaborated on the nuances of research, effective techniques for presenting research papers, and the importance of quality research. He stated that excellent research is the foundation of a nation’s progress, and young researchers should prioritize originality and quality.
During the technical sessions of the conference, various researchers and faculty members presented their research papers. Prashant Pandey and Shubham Patidar were awarded as the best paper presenters.
On this occasion, the college also launched its monthly bilingual (Hindi-English) newsletter titled “MNDCC Chronicles.” This publication will provide a platform for academic, research, and innovation-related activities of the college and will guide students’ creativity in new directions.
At the conclusion of the program, a press conference was held, where media representatives were given detailed information about the achievements, academic objectives, and future plans of the event.
In the end, Principal Dr. Priya Helewi, Maa Narmada College, expressed gratitude to all guests, speakers, organizers, and participants, describing the event as a celebration of knowledge, inspiration, and scientific awareness. This two-day event proved to be enriching, inspiring, and effective in promoting awareness of science among students.
